Your designs stay in your browser

Every Designer Bee tool runs entirely in your browser. Previews and exported files (SVG, DXF, STL) are generated right on your device, and photos or files you upload never leave your browser. No account is required, and Designer Bee itself does not collect any personal data.

Anonymous analytics

To understand which tools people actually use and where the interface is confusing, Designer Bee uses Microsoft Clarity for anonymous analytics. Clarity collects aggregated usage data such as clicks, scrolls, heatmaps, and anonymized session recordings. It does not identify you personally.

You can read Microsoft's full policy at clarity.microsoft.com/terms.

Design export analytics

When you export a design, Designer Bee logs which tool you used, the design settings, the approximate city-level location (derived from your IP address by our hosting provider; the IP address itself is never stored, only an anonymized hash used to prevent abuse), and the time of the export. This exists for one reason: to see what people actually make, so the tools can keep improving. For tools that do not use a photo, the exported design file itself (the STL or SVG) may also be stored for about a week, so a real print or cut can be tested and any problem fixed.

Tools where your image is part of the file (like the lithophane, jigsaw, and agamograph makers) are never stored. Photos and uploaded files never leave your browser and are never part of these logs. No names, no emails, no accounts. The data is stored privately and is never shared or sold.
